The residence has an outdoor television that is excessively loud - can hear the volume (which has profanity) through closed windows and see the movie they are watching. It is 9:10 pm and we have children who are trying to sleep. The outdoor lighting is also shining into our home. I’m sure all surrounding homes can hear.
