Sidewalk Issue

There's a hole in the sidewalk that I almost fell into while walking my dog the other day. It's right near the fire hydrant at the bottom of Carroll Avenue and the intersection of Providence Highway in Westwood. I would suggest that someone repair this hole before someone gets hurt. Also, the grassy area nearby which I believe is owned by the Town of Westwood is littered with a large amount of trash by the Stop Sign entering Providence Highway too. Thank you
