The traffic light synchronization along 109 between Barlow Lane and Hartford Street is in desperate need of readjustment. The lights changing so frequently induced an extremely significant backup in both directions on 10/28/23. These short and out-of-sync light changes prevented cars from moving along and oncoming traffic was unable to turn left to cross the road and vice versa. This is also creating unnecessary pollution from cars idling in traffic and wasting fuel. Thank you.
