Sign Issue

Pavement here is completely illegible at this point. The word "ONLY" should be painted off the right lane at this intersection as it was recently changed so that both lanes have the ability to turn left. There should be ample signage on both of the completely empty poles that advertise this change; currently there are none. Very confusing and possibly dangerous. Prompt rectification of lacking signage and incorrect pavement markings needed.
