Sign Issue

East 109 sign is not proportionate. Years ago, there was a large "109" sign. That sign fell down and was replaced with one that was less than half the size. If they aren't going to eventually replace this with the originally larger sign, the new smaller 109 sign should be directly below the word "East" and the empty nails on the post should be removed completely. Every other 109 sign is considerably larger, why wasn't this one replaced correctly? Thank you for looking into this issue.
