Traffic Signal Issue

On all traffic lights on Route 109 in the center of Westwood, there are three metal sign holders upholstered onto the top horizontal traffic lights. All three of these holders used to have signs, all of which have fallen of over the years. The signs should be replaced or all the holders should be completely removed.
