Sign Issue

I previously submitted a SeeClickFix for keep right signs on the island at this intersection. The case was closed and was given some sort of explanation for why keep right signs are not needed. If this intersection is the exact same layout as Rt 109 and North Street, which does in fact have keep right signs on both ends of the island, I am still extremely confused as to why they are missing on this island. Why are we not being consistent? Similarly, keep right signs are located on islands at Summer Street and 109 and Lowder Brook and 109.
