No stop sign on this section of the road. Please consider installing a stop sign on Downey street at the corner of Phillips Brooks Road. The number of cars speeding is high. They do this without regard to the kids playing and adults walking, especially during this quarantine period. The only speed limit sign is near the Downey school. None are in place between Canton Street and Smith Drive.
