Can the Town start using the Community Alert System? Number of road closures/detours around Town the past two weeks. Assume it will only get worse. Difficult enough trying to get out of Town and then encounter road closures or signs that don't communicate clearly. Had a problem at both Summer and Grove and Gay at Milk Street last week. If road work season is here, let's use the notification system to communicate what is anticipated. Assuming the Town has a schedule, let's share it with the residents so we can plan accordingly.
