Traffic Signal Issue

For the past year I have reported/requested that the traffic signals at High Street and Gay Street be synchronized. The first time I made this request the response was that this would be corrected when the resurfacing project was done. Then I reported/requested this again after the resurfacing project was completed I did not receive a response. Now I am requesting this again! Not having these traffic signals synchronized impedes traffic flow and causes traffic backup even on Saturday!
